Teeth whitening: booking policy
A 50% deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your treatment total; the balance is payable at your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule so your deposit can be transferred. With less notice or a missed appointment, your deposit may be retained and a new deposit may be required. If we cancel, you may choose a deposit refund or transfer. Please arrive with freshly brushed teeth. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Teeth whitening: suitability & results
Please disclose tooth pain, decay, gum disease, sensitivity, mouth sores, recent dental work and any known allergies. Whitening does not replace a dental examination and treatment may be postponed if assessment is needed. It only lightens natural teeth and will not change veneers, crowns, composite bonding or fillings. As a precaution, whitening is postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Results vary and a specific shade cannot be guaranteed.
Teeth whitening: aftercare
Reduce coffee, tea, red wine, cola and strongly coloured foods, and rinse with water afterwards. Avoid tobacco. If your teeth feel sensitive, choose lukewarm foods and drinks and use fluoride toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Brush gently twice daily with a soft toothbrush and floss daily. Skip DIY products like lemon juice, charcoal or abrasive mixtures.

Tooth gems: booking & replacement
If your gem falls off within 7 days, message us for a complimentary replacement of the original gem style and placement. Additional gems or design changes are charged separately. After 7 days, replacements generally require a new paid booking; this does not affect any consumer rights that apply. Gems are not permanent and longevity cannot be guaranteed. A 50% deposit secures your booking; please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
Tooth gems: suitability & appointment info
Tell us before booking if you have veneers, crowns, composite bonding, dentures, braces or retainers, as application may not be suitable and dental advice may be required. Please disclose any tooth pain, sensitivity, gum concerns, decay, recent dental work or allergies. Your design, placement and price are confirmed before application; changes after application may require a new paid appointment.
Tooth gems: aftercare
Avoid biting hard or sticky foods on the gemmed tooth and don't chew ice, bite nails or open packaging with your teeth. Brush gently twice daily with a soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, and floss daily. Don't pick or play with your gem. If it loosens or falls off, contact us and never glue it back. A dentist should remove gems. Seek dental advice for pain, swelling or persistent irritation.
